1. Free Trial
All users receive a 15-day fully functional free trial. We recommend using the trial to test compatibility before purchasing.

2. Refund Policy
Because ButterScroll is a digital product with a free trial, we do not offer refunds after purchase unless:

• You were charged in error
• You experienced a technical issue we couldn’t resolve within 7 days of support request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email support@butterscroll.com with:

• Your email used for purchase
• Reason for the request

3. License Cancellation
Licenses are permanent and do not auto-renew. No cancellation is required.
